Airport Transfers and Pickups

All transfers from or to Cape Town Airport in luxury chauffeur driven Range Rover. With flight monitoring at Cape Town Airport, waiting will be kept to a minimum.

Terms and Conditions

Payment and Deposits

1. Credit card payments are subject to a 5% surcharge.

2. Cash transfers and payments are subject to a 0% surcharge.

3. All prices are not subject to VAT charges.

4. Bookings made earlier than 10 days prior to departure are only confirmed once a 10% deposit of the agreed amount has been paid.

5. Our payment terms are strictly 10 days prior to departure. Bookings made within 10 days prior to departure are confirmed once the agreed amount has been paid.

6. Your booking may be subject to additional waiting time and charges as discussed during your quotation. Please note that additional fees as for park entries, toll roads and parking etc. are not included in the price and have to be paid by the customer at the time they occur.

7. The charge on your credit card statement will be shown as Luxury Chauffeur Services cc.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. If a booking is cancelled by the Customer within 7 days from the start of the period of hire, the 10% deposit paid will be non-refundable.

2. If a booking is cancelled by the Customer within 48 hours from the start of the period of hire, 50% of all monies paid will be non-refundable.

3. If a booking is cancelled by the Customer within 24 hours from the start of the period of hire, 100% of all monies paid will be non-refundable.

4. If the Customer does not appear at the time and place designated as the pickup point, all monies paid will be non-refundable.

• LCS request a minimum of 24 hours notice for any online bookings and changes.

• If you would like to book a car, or change a booking, with less than 24 hours notice

  Please note that any change regarding your booking has to be confirmed by Luxury Chauffeur Services (LCS) via email / sms or return call.
  

• Whilst we do our utmost to ensure our drivers are on time, you will understand that we cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by circumstances out of our control.

• The driver will drive at safe and sensible speeds in accordance with road conditions, traffic and the legal speed limits.

• Clients are responsible for any damage they cause to the interior and or exterior of the vehicle.

• We may provide subcontracted vehicles with similar status occasionally.

• By supplying your email address you permit LCS to contact you via email. We promise never to supply your email or email address to any third party.

• If they are any changes or variations including extra mileage or time to the journey other than what was agreed at the time of booking, the client will be charged extras in accordance
  with the price structure on our website.

• Our Chauffeur will travel by the most appropriate route on the day, unless instructed otherwise by the Customer at the time of booking.

• LCS vehicle(s) and sub-contracted vehicle(s) are fully insured for passenger and third party claims. However, customer’s properties are carried entirely at their own risk and LCS
  shall not be held responsible/liable for any loss/damage to such property.

• LCS maintains a strict non-smoking policy in all its vehicles.

• Nothing contained in these terms and conditions can affect the Client’s’ statutory rights.
